2. Fax us an order form that you can print out from this web site. Simply print out, fill out and fax us the order form at 770-557-0776. All major credit cards are accepted. Schools, Libraries and Governmental Institutions
Normal payment terms are net 60. Purchase orders, prepayment and institutional credit cards are accepted. Note that all Five Star Educational titles are sold to schools, libraries, corporations and governmental agencies with limited public performance rights, including categories #1 and #2, which allow public and school libraries to carry our titles and show our programs to any group in a school, public library, prison or military base without further written permission from Five Star Educational. We also encourage the use of our programs in the classroom. However, no direct or indirect fees may be charged for showing these programs.
